Withdrawal Procedures
Any student withdrawing from school must go to the Guidance Office.
After talking with a counselor, the student is to report to each of
his/her teachers, the librarian, and the secretary with a withdrawal
form which provides a place for the following:
- current grade,
- textbook check,
- charges for lost or damaged books
- and any school indebtedness.
- Each person will check the form.
After the form is completed, a copy will be given to the student to
present to his next school and another copy will be filed in the
student’s permanent record.
Withdrawal is not official until a parent or guardian has talked with the school counselor.
