Families and parents of Oxford School District students are encouraged to have their child's school registration process completed before August 2. All students in the Oxford School District must complete the school registration process explained on this page. The school registration form must be completed online before a student can attend any school within the district. All students who have fully completed registration will receive priority in the class scheduling process.
Required documentation is mandatory for students who have never attended school in the Oxford School District or students moving to a new school building (Kindergarten, second, fourth, sixth and ninth grades). The required documents need to be taken to the child's school. For a listing of required documents, scroll down or use the “On This Page” navigational links to the right.

All students in the Oxford School District are required to register online (linked above). The School Registration Form must be completed online before a student is officially enrolled in their school, even if the online Pre-Registration Form was initially completed.
For students new to the Oxford School District or students moving to a new school building (Kindergarten, second grade, fourth grade, sixth grade, and ninth grade students), parents or families of these students will be required to provide all the required documents needed for the student. Please complete the School Registration Form online before turning in required documentation to the Oxford School District.
The two current proofs of residency on file for a student to be eligible for enrollment in the Oxford School District must be updated and documented when a student moves to a new school.
If you have a student entering Kindergarten (Bramlett), bring the child’s original birth certificate and a Mississippi Immunization 121 Form (also known as an updated immunization record).
Students entering seventh grade (Oxford Middle School) must have an updated immunization record (Mississippi Immunization 121 Form) showing all required immunizations including TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccination. The Mississippi State Department of Health requires the TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccination “booster” for all students entering seventh grade. Recent is defined as having received an additional TDaP booster after the age of seven.
All students – students brand new to the Oxford School District, new students who pre-registered, and returning students – are required to enroll online at www.oxfordsd.org/registration. Required documentation is also mandatory for students who are new to the school district, as well as students moving to a new school building this year. New Students: Students who have never attended a school in the Oxford School District. New students must have two proofs of residency.
Returning Students: Students who have attended a school in the Oxford School District within the past year.

Then, enter your student’s snapcode.
The snapcode is like a key to your child’s data for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode for each child. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears in the letter mailed to your residence, with no spaces or punctuation.

If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons. Or if you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school, so they can make the changes for you.
Once you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another – this will allow you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.
First, register your child online at www.oxfordsd.org/registration. Upon your return, bring any required documents for your child to his or her school (if they are new to the school district or are entering into kindergarten, second, fourth, sixth or ninth-grade).
